Digital Delivery
Wake Preparatory Academy (WPA) will introduce its very first Digital Delivery Program, which seeks to further foster our commitment to providing our students with the best educational experience on and off campus. WPA will provide free devices to participating students, where the only charges will be for replacement parts.
Digital Device Agreement
Students participating in our Digital Delivery Program must have the Digital Device Agreement form signed by both the student and their parents.
- The form can be found in the student profile in Infinite Campus.
- The form must be signed before picking up the device.
- If the Digital Device Agreement form has not been signed, a student will not receive a device.
Damaged or Stolen Device?
If the student device has been stolen, a police report must be filed and submitted within 72 hours; otherwise, your student’s Infinite Campus account will be charged for a FULL device replacement. Students should inform their Dean of Students about the theft of their device immediately.
If the family did not purchase the insurance plan, they are responsible for the device's full price or the parts required to fix the Chromebook. The insurance plan will cover some damages and replacements.
Device Protection Plan
Protect your student’s school-issued device from unexpected damage for the 2025-2026 school year.
Insurance cost: $50
- Covers replacement and parts, partial full replacement cost
- Charges will only apply for physical damage/part replacement
- Device/part failures will not be charged
- Charges will be billed to the Parent Portal within Infinite Campus
- Insurance can be purchased on Infinite Campus at any point in the year
- Device Protection Plan is optional

Here at WPA, student safety is our top priority. This includes keeping our students safe online, including on the internet. That's why we utilize Securly, a content filtering system that filters unauthorized content on the web in class and at home. Securly provides 24/7 real-time monitoring of your student device that flags access of inappropriate or dangerous content to the campus administration.
