Letter from the Director

A Note from the Wake Preparatory Director

Dear Class of 2024,

As you approach the end of the year, you are on the verge of starting a new chapter in your life. You should feel an immense sense of pride for all that you have accomplished so far. These past few years have been a whirlwind of experiences - from the challenges of difficult coursework to the friendships forged in hallways, the fun school events, and the soon-to-be bittersweet farewell. Through it all, you, the graduating class of 2024, have persevered.

You’ve tackled challenging coursework, explored new passions, and discovered the unique strengths that make each of you remarkable. You faced obstacles, learned from setbacks, and emerged stronger, more resilient individuals. Remember the moments of laughter shared with classmates, the late-night study sessions and the victories you celebrated together. These experiences have shaped you, not just academically, but as an individual.

The world awaits you, brimming with possibilities. Whether you choose to pursue higher education, embark on a career path, or forge your own unique way forward, remember the foundation you’ve built. Carry with you the knowledge you’ve gained, the lessons learned, and the unwavering spirit of your graduating class.

As you step out into the world, never lose sight of your dreams or who you are. Embrace challenges with courage and integrity, navigate setbacks with grace, and celebrate your successes with pride and excellence. Never stop learning, growing, and striving to make a positive impact to lead and change the world.

The faculty and staff at WPA are incredibly proud of each and every one of you and we do not doubt that you will achieve great things. Remember, you are always a part of the WPA family. We will be cheering you on every step of the way. Please be sure to come back and visit and share all the great things you are doing with us!

Congratulations, Class of 2024! Make it a great step forward, the choice is yours.

With warmest regards,

Krista Wyman
